Welcome to Broadfields School Association (BSA)

Broadfields School Association is a Parents’ Association (PA) and registered charity, which exists primarily to raise funds for the benefit of Broadfields Primary School. The committee comprises the trustees and a number of parents who meet regularly to direct the charity’s fundraising activities.

As well as fundraising, a secondary aim of the BSA is to provide fun activities and events for the children and their families throughout the year and so help promote the school’s sense of community and its ethos of equality, freedom, justice, tolerance and fellowship.

All the money raised by the BSA goes back into the school to provide extra funds to help enrich the school experience for children.  The BSA relies on the support of Broadfields parents and staff to carry out its charitable activities.

We  regularly donate to the school. We have funded new books for children and year group libraries, dance costumes for Y5/6 dance group, spring bulb planting, tools and equipment for the eco-gardens, a hardship fund, children’s Christmas gifts, snacks for the pantomime trips and more.

We also hold pop – up sales of hotdogs, cakes, books, unifom etc. Look out for notices on Dojo!
